Their work could be in the community or carried out simply as a neighbour. You may want to nominate a carer or a child with a wonderful nature. Then there are the emergency services, the forces, plus teaching and similar professions to choose from. Or the hero you have in mind may work for a charity and be a remarkable fundraiser.
